To Register Documents Automatically

Follow these steps to register documents automatically.
Note: Synchronization options for the monitored folder list and documents in ProjectWise, must already be added into the folder.
  1. In the ProjectWise navigation tree, select the folder that you want to synchronize, and then from the Object menu, select Synchronize Data.
  2. Click Create Job.
All documents in the folder are registered with ALIM Web.
Note: Depending on the Synchronization Options, files from ProjectWise can be moved to ALIM Web or contain a reference to a file in ProjectWise. Documents can automatically be approved and renamed in AssetWise ALIM. For more information, see "Configuring Synchronization Options", in AssetWise Director Help.
